The full version of …
The full version of this piece / song from the album is so far superior to this. The absence of the middle of the song that describes the ‘last morning’ of life of the song’s main character takes this version down several knotches in my opinion. I really like the latest cd, but this as a single doesn’t work for me as a fan of the band and the album.

I think this follows their last album. The ambiance, the piano, and the lead like playing of the drums.
I can’t condone calling them Pop…considering I can’t think of any other band that has this sound. maybe because of the structure of the song…still not seeing the “poppy seeds”

Their live rendition from Coachella is amazing.I has an extra verse with the bridge. Beautiful lyrics. Wonder why they took them out from the final version.

You should definitely check out the score that Dino and Mark did for “Waterbourne”. The key part in this song comes from the track “What Have I Done?” from that score. There’s definitely some other good songs on there too.
