	STATEWIDE CRIMINAL HISTORY - Cost varies for Statewide (Call for available states) Turnaround time: 1 to 3 days Brings back Criminal History for past 7 years Statewide on subject. Includes Case Number, Charge and Disposition. Turnaround time varies from State to State. Contact ISI for details. Requirements: Full Name, Complete Address, Date of Birth, Social Security Number and State to Search. Note: Social Security Number can be obtained for an additional charge if needed. Each year searched in addition to the 7 is $5 per year.
