Immediately after the 2007 “Conspiracy Test” documentary, Philip Van Praag teamed with fellow forensic expert Robert J. Joling, past president of the American Academy of Forensic Sciences, to co-author a book about the Pruszynski recording and other key evidence in the Bobby Kennedy assassination. Joling also had appeared in “Conspiracy Test.”

Van Praag’s and Joling’s book, “An Open And Shut Case,” details their evidence proving that a second gun was fired in the Ambassador Hotel kitchen pantry at 12:16 am PDT on June 5, 1968.

Sirhan Sirhan’s new attorney, Dr. William F. Pepper, says he is quite impressed with the Van Praag and Joling findings. William Pepper says he will seek a new trial for Sirhan. He says he will also begin efforts to try to restore Sirhan’s lost memory. Sirhan has always maintained that he cannot remember the Bobby Kennedy shooting. Pepper says Sirhan was hypno-programmed to fire a gun in the direction of Senator Kennedy (as Sirhan approached RFK from the front) and to then forget everything that might reveal the identities of his programmers. Pepper says Sirhan missed Robert Kennedy and that the Senator was shot by someone else: a second gunman standing behind Kennedy.

Phil Van Praag and Bob Joling presented their RFK assassination findings before the annual meeting of the American Academy of Forensic Sciences in Washington D.C. on February 21, 2008. On March 25, 2008, they likewise presented their findings in Ledyard, Connecticut before hundreds of forensic experts attending the annual Markle Symposium, sponsored by the Henry C. Lee Institute of Forensic Science. They’ve done a number of TV, radio, internet and print interviews since.

Shooting victim and Kennedy family friend Paul Schrade of Los Angeles is currently spearheading efforts to reopen the RFK assassination case at the local, state or federal level, based in large part on these late-breaking revelations from the Pruszynski recording.

I always thought that 9/11 conspiracy theories were ridiculous so I never took the time to even investigate it myself, until I accidentally stumbled across a documentary on the collapse of building 7, which in return opened up my eyes to things that I thought could be true.
After 9/11 Osama Bin Laden denied credit for the attack, but said he supported it completely. The US Government was quick to leave the blame on his shoulders all the same. Was entering Afghanistan just the first part of a bigger plan? The war on terror! Who is the United States actually at war with? Terror? How can you be at war with a word or a feeling?

We see –among others- Vint Cerf, named ‘the father’ of the Internet who explains the inner workings of Google as a company. Since 2004, Cerf has been working for Google, helping them to develop new applications for the Internet. What is his view on the development of the Internet, and on the role Google plays in today’s world?

With its motto ‘Don’t be evil’, Google seems to have the best intentions. But there are also claims that Google is slowly turning into Big Brother, keeping track of its users and continuously making decisions about the information it provides to an ever faster growing number of users.

Will Google turn out to be a new Library of Alexandria, serving as a middleman that brings all useful information to anyone? Or is it turning into a monopolistic Big Brother that challenges the freedom of information?

Some dumb Indiana Sheriff sits back and does absolutely nothing while an even dumber health inspector trespasses on private property without a warrant. Amendment IV (the Fourth Amendment) to the United States Constitution is one of the provisions included in the Bill of Rights. The Amendment guards against unreasonable Searches and seizures, and was originally designed as a response to the controversial writs of assistance (a type of general search warrant), which were a significant factor behind the American Revolution. Toward that end, the amendment specifies that judicially sanctioned search and arrest warrants must be supported by probable cause and be limited in scope according to specific Information supplied by a person (usually a peace officer) who has sworn by it and is therefore accountable to the issuing court.

The amendment applies only to governmental actors; it does not guarantee to people the right to be free from unreasonable searches and seizures conducted by private citizens or organizations. The Bill of Rights only restricts the power of the federal government, but the Supreme Court of the United States has ruled that the Fourth Amendment is applicable to state governments by operation of the Fourteenth Amendment. The Supreme Court has said that some searches and seizures may violate the Fourth Amendment’s reasonableness requirement even if a warrant is supported by probable cause and is limited in scope. Conversely, the Court has approved routine warrantless seizures, for example “where there is probable cause to believe that a criminal offense has been or is being committed.”

The Title Tag: One of the most important and this is why I chose it as the number one key. This tag defines your web page to both the search engines and users. This tag is what the Search engines use as the clickable link on all search engine result pages. One of the main things to remember is to use the key phrases of your business and make sure that the keyword makes sense to the market you want to target. I would suggest that you remember not to over stuff your title tags with too many keywords because it may hurt you in the long run. Just keep it straight forward and simple.

Keywords in Body Tag: Seems like the optimizing your sites is all about keywords right? The web is about writing so the answer is “Obviously so”. Its important that your keyword is used at least once or twice in the body of your web page and the reason for this is the following: Genius, how do you expect the search engines to rank you well if your page does not contain a least one keyword related to the title tag? Its like if your title read Pigs Feet and you mention nothing of Pigs Feet on your article then its obvious that the title is misleading to both the user and the search engines therefore you will be penalized and pushed back to the supplemental pages or even the sandbox where no one goes. Don’t worry about repeating the keyword too often. I always say, write for the readers and not the search engines. If the reader can make sense of it that’s what the search engines want to achieve anyway so the job is done.

PS: Once again if you care about good ranking, then make sure that your page actually relates to the keywords used in your body tag, the search engines are much smarter than you think and if you try to “trick” them by adding keywords that don’t relate to the content of the article, its only a matter of time before your penalized and sent to the dunces corner of the web.
