Season 11967 Belvidere Tornado (Historical Information)
This video has data based on several studies conducted into the 1967 Belvidere event by the National Weather Service and Dr. Ted Fugita. There are also additional photos of the damage. When this storm occured there were no detailed ratings on tornado strength. Only weak, strong and violent terms were used to measure tornadoes. Dr. Fugita reviewed the actual Belvidere damage photos and determined the tornado was a moderate F4 storm with wind speeds in the 230-240 range. The Fugita Scale ranks tornado strength from F0 to F6. Today even these values have been revised to the new EF standard. A F4 tornado is considered a “Devastating Tornado” on the original Fugita scale with wind speeds of 208-260 MPH and peek gusts to 261 MPH. Terms used to describe an F4 are: “Well-constructed houses leveled”, Structures with weak foundations blown off some distance”, “Cars thrown and large missiles generated”. All seemed to be evident at Belvidere. One aspect investigators look at are the trees. If bark has been ripped off by wind then the tornado may have reached F5 power. There was no evidence of tree “de-barking” in the damage photos of Belvidere. This video also helps explain the multi vortex theory that some eyewitnesses claimed to see. Not to discredit the eyewitness accounts but the damage photos do not support this theory. There seems to be only one main damage path centerline along with parallel inflow and outflow debris damage indicators. The Belvidere storm remains one of the deadlest weather events to a school in US history. It obviously was a rare, powerful and dangerous tornado. F4 & F5 tornadoes account for only 1% of all tornado events in a season. This 1967 tornado outbreak remains the worst in Illinois history. Some call it “The Black Friday” outbreak.
Note: Video footage of Tornado in this presentation is not footage of the Belvidere tornado. This footage is from the 1974 F5 Tornado that hit Xenia, OH shot by Mr. Bruce Boyd. There is no known video footage of the ’67 Belvidere Tornado. This footage only represents what the Belvidere Tornado may have looked like based on eyewitness accounts.

How do I stop yahoo search from redirecting me to another search engine?
After performing a search in Yahoo Search the links are displayed as normal, however, when I click on a link it doesn’t go to the that page it takes me to a whole different search page. It appears that I am being redirected to another search page.
You have a virus called the "Search Redirect Virus" (many people call it the Google Redirect Virus, but it works for all Search engines).
This virus is extremely common, and basically redirects your search links to advertising sites. Some variants of the infection are designed to open new tabs & other popups on your browser as well. Unfortunately, removing this virus is actually quite difficult, because of the way it’s designed. Unlike most viruses, this infection just changes a few settings on your PC and does not have the files / applications that most do. This makes it extremely difficult to remove this virus from your Pc by using the standard antivirus / antispyware applications.

How do you get your personal information removed from the people search?
If someone is trying to find you, they can do a people Search and all your personal Information can be exposed. I personally have a problem with that. I have been in a abusive relationship. I changed my address and phone numbers. What can I do or where can I go to get my name removed from the system so that I will not be able to be tracked down. If you know of the website or phone numbers please give them to me. This is ridiculous and very scary.

Brief Information On SIM Card Phones
What is a “SIM” card? Basically speaking, a SIM card is a small chip which almost always sits under the battery on the back of a SIM based mobile phone. It can store data such as network provider, telephone contacts, and tariffs. Every SIM based mobile needs one in order for the phone to work correctly.
Could you tell me of any mobiles which allow dual SIM? For a straight forward answer: I dont think there is one on the market at the moment. I was wondering if Motorola L6 mobile accepts International Sim Cards? To answer your question would depend on if your phone is unlocked or locked. If your phone is locked to a network like say Verizon, then trying another operators SIM card in the phone would prove to be unsuccessful. If however the phone not locked then any SIM card from any operator would work just fine. The fact that the phones model is a L6, matters not. The only thing that you have to pay attention to is if the phone is locked or unlocked.
Is there any way I could buy a SIM card phone in the USA, then when I come back to America I can put my English SIM card in the phone and it will work? Or/and are there any way I can buy an American phone SIM card or non SIM card and then use it in England? First thing is that American and European phone systems work differently, they are the same concept, but different in many ways. The main problem you are going to run into is the network and programming problems. See if you buy an American phone, they are internally programmed by the manufacturer to work with that carriers network. And since your network over in England is different then here in America, there is no way they could ever be compatible. SIM cards fall under the same problem.
A option you do have is that if you only come to America every so often, you can get a international plan through a carrier and use it when your here, and use it to call back to England but when you want to go back home, you put the account into vacation mode, which is like a few bucks a month. Not sure if that option is even suitable for you.
What is the cheapest international plan I can get with a phone service provider in America so I could use my phone in America and out of America. You can make a few calls or jump online to a few websites. You should get all the information you need.
What happens if I bought an American phone and put it into ‘vacation mode’? Could I still use that phone in America? Vacation mode is an option carriers offer that will allow you to keep your account with them while you are away. The phone is active, and the account is active, but you are just not paying for the service in full cause your not using it. A lot of military and long vacation takers use this option while they are away. When you get back to America, you make a call and everything is back to normal-the phone works and you use it while you are here. When it is time to go back home, you call and it goes back into vacation mode till your next trip!
